Trailer Services

Why We Do What We Do
After 25 years in this industry, we’ve seen too many good trailers fall apart — not because of age or bad luck, but because no one ever told the owners how to take care of them. Most trailer buyers get handed a set of keys with zero guidance on the basic maintenance that keeps things working. And most repair shops don’t mention it either — they’re happy to wait until something fails.

We’ve replaced entire roofs because a $10 tube of sealant was never used. We’ve swapped out axles because bearings were never touched. We’ve seen appliances burn out early because no one explained that they need basic maintenance.

That’s why we started RoadReady Care — a maintenance-only business built to prevent these breakdowns. We don’t do repairs because we believe the smartest money you’ll ever spend on your trailer is the money you spend before something goes wrong.

We’re not here to patch things up after the fact. We’re here to keep your trailer reliable, sealed, safe — and ready for the road.

Axle Service

Neglected axles are the leading cause of bearing failure — when a bearing goes out on the road, it can destroy your hub, spindle, wheel, and leave you stranded with an expensive roadside repair. In every axle service, we remove the hubs, clean and inspect the bearings, repack them with fresh grease, check the brakes, and inspect the overall axle condition — giving you peace of mind that your trailer is ready for the miles ahead. Axle service is $195 per axle for 3,500 lb axles and $225 per axle for up to 7,000 lb axles.

Roof Inspections

Failing to inspect and maintain your roof seals yearly can lead to hidden water leaks that cause rot, mold, and costly structural damage. A small crack in a seal can quietly turn into thousands of dollars in repairs. With every roof inspection, we clean and inspect roof seals, identify any problem areas, and perform minor touch-ups to prevent leaks before they start. If we find seals that are beyond repair or a roof that’s ready for coating, we’re fully equipped to handle complete seal replacement or apply a protective roof coating to keep your trailer dry and protected for years to come. Roof seal touch-ups are $300 for small cracks & minor resealing or $600 for extensive work; if the seals are beyond repair, we’ll recommend full replacement at $32 per foot of trailer. Roof coating is $58 per linear foot.

Appliance & System Maintenance

Your trailer’s appliances and systems work hard every time you use them — and like anything else, they need regular maintenance to keep running safely and efficiently. We offer service and inspection for air conditioners, furnaces, water heaters, propane systems, and electrical systems. These are the components that keep your trailer comfortable and functional — and they’re often overlooked until they fail. Regular maintenance helps prevent breakdowns, extends the life of your equipment, and keeps everything working the way it should when you need it most.

A small trailer is parked in front of a garage with a 'No Parking' sign on the door. The garage has blue-gray siding and white trim, while the trailer appears to be weathered and somewhat old. An orange traffic cone is placed in front of the trailer, and a tree with autumn leaves is visible in the background.

Efficient and professional! They truly care about keeping my horse trailer in perfect condition.

A shiny food trailer is parked on grassy terrain near a body of water during sunset. The trailer reflects the warm light, and there are signs and white posts surrounding the area. A wooden pole stands nearby, and distant trees line the horizon.
